Our Employees are our Strength
Our Employees are our Strength
An organization's strength is interlinked with their Employees. IPM maintains a proactive, positive, safe and healthy work environment by considering “Employee Safety” as its topmost priority. IPM also provides a safe working atmosphere by providing the best safety infrastructure in all possible areas, neat and clean work stations and auto interlocks/ barriers for all dangerous areas of the machineries.
In order to attain topmost safety result, each process in IPM is monitored, reviewed, evaluated – against predefined targets and necessary actions are being taken in appropriate areas.
Our HSEMS (health and safety management systems) are certified by ISO 450001 and OSHAD (occupational safety and health authority of Abu Dhabi). OSHAD is a goverment entity monitoring and enforcing the health and safety performance of each individual entity.
IPM is constantly working towards maintaining a positive safety culture among all IPM Staff. IPM employees come from different backgrounds and following safety protocols is of paramount importance.
In order to adhere to the process, IPM follows “4E culture management mechanism which addresses the following points:
IPM management always considering the health and safety wellbeing of each employee, by empowering them on taking suitable decisions on any such situations which has the potential to cause any harm/loss.
In line with these initiatives, management has initiated a policy “ NO TRAINING- NO JOB” protocol. Any employee can be denied a job if he/she is not trained to do the assigned job and in most cases the management will have the final say in the matter.
